Abstract
Adaptation to climate change requires better decisions in risk management policies, therefore, the objective of this research was to validate a model called “SISDECC” that is based on the Micmac program in prospective scenarios. Through, the expert judgment of various Latin-American countries who evaluated the designed model and the usability of the Mimac program. Which input parameters and the information of the variables show the program is suitable for integration into the new SISDECC model and its application in government prospective investigations.
