Résumé

Introduction

Les manifestations neurologiques sont fréquentes au cours des syndromes de choc toxique (SCT). Cependant elles dominent rarement le tableau clinique.

Observation

Nous rapportons un cas d’encéphalopathie cataméniale récurrente, dominée par des crises comitiales, et révélatrice d’un SCT menstruel.

Neurological clinical manifestations are often observed in toxic shock syndromes. However they unusually dominate the clinical picture.

Observation

We present a case of recurrent catamenial encephalopathy, with epileptic seizures, revealing a menses toxic shock syndrome.
