A Time represented as a single point in time (as opposed to a Period with a start Time and end Time).

Relationships
Parents	Time	A point or portion of linear time.
Children	Date	A Timepoint that has a precision of no less than a calendar day, and that is represented by an Identifier comprising calendar year, month (optional) and day (optional).
