Dr. Norman Paskin became the first Director of the International DOI Foundation in March 1998. In 2006 he founded Tertius Ltd (http://www.tertius.ltd.uk), based in Oxford U.K., which now provides management services for the International DOI Foundation, and also engages in other work including with the Corporation for National Research Initiatives (http://www.cnri.reston.va.us).
