Why simultaneously? I have recently prepared a paper for publication in the
proceedings of a conference to be held in April, where it will be provided
in printed form (from PDF files), two electronic forms on CD-ROM (SGML and
HTML) and may even be placed on a US website run by the conference
organizers. The same paper was published as part of the Newsletter of the
International SGML/XML Users' Group in February, and will be posted on the
Finnish web site for the European XML/EDI Pilot Project in March. How many
DOIs should this paper be given, and how does anyone find out that this
paper was first "published" on the UK website of the author?
