[Metadata] Mailman Software Upgrade Scheduled 26 May 99

The Mailman software that manages this list will be upgraded on 26 May
1999.  The upgrade will require that this list and its associated Web
pages be out of service intermittently during the day.  Please do not
send any more messages to the list until 0800 EDT, Thursday, 27 May
1999.  

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and for sending this message multiple
times to those subscribed to more than one list.
