[Ref-Links] DOI batch DTD


While preparing the implementation of reference structuring and meta
data submission for CrossRef I searched for the CrossRef meta data XML
DTD called doi_batch.dtd. 

Unfortunately, the version I found on <http://www.crossref.org> was a
PDF document, which can serve as a printed reference but not as a real
XML DTD. Any hints where I can get the doi_batch.dtd?
