Membership Application Form
Organisations interested in becoming members of the International DOI Foundation must complete an Application Form that will provide organisational information to the IDF Membership Committee.
Before completing the Membership Form (download Membership-Application.doc, Microsoft Word File), carefully review the information provided in the Membership Brochure to determine the appropriate class of membership under which to join.
Email the completed form to Norman Paskin at n.paskin@doi.org. You will be contacted by a member of the IDF Membership Committee. If you are not able to view or complete the Application Form, please contact Norman Paskin for assistance.
If you do not wish to join the foundation as a paying member, but wish to remain informed of its activites, please subscribe the DOI News mailing list by sending a request to contact@doi.org, including "Subscribe Me to DOI News" as the subject line.
