Notes:
The development model established the major “building blocks” of the CIS plan by identifying the information archives required by the CISAC community and, in system development terms, how these would be delivered. The need for five archives was identified, as well as various infrastructure tools to support them. These can be explained as follows:
IPI file (CAE number and IPI number)
Sound Carrier and Recorded Information (ISRC exists)
Agreements Information file (ISAC?)
