Abstract
With the development of microvascular surgery and improved angiographic techniques the interest of neurologists and neurosurgeons in cerebral vascular disease has increased. These advances have confronted us with patients having complicated vascular lesions requiring innovative surgical approaches. In this paper we will discuss our approach to three such problems.
