Abstract
Properties of ferroelectric ceramics are dependent on crystallites, grain boundaries and pores as well as grain-orientation, secondary-phase and composite structure. Such microstructural parameters have large effects on the electric, dielectric, piezoelectric and mechanical properties of piezoelectric ceramics.1,2)
