Abstract

Digital knowledge centers transforming big data into knowledge is the future of VNU-LIC development. The paper presents the context of big data booming, a comparison between Data Center - Information Center - Knowledge Center, brief overview of models of digital knowledge hubs/centers around the world and the reason for building and developing digital knowledge center. Particularly, a VNU-LIC digital knowledge center model is set up to deal with the chaos of big data issues.
