Strong-Field Electronic Control of Multiple-Bond Breaking Dynamics in Ethylene

Abstract

We experimentally and theoretically show that by controlling the dynamics of removing three electrons from ethylene with ultrashort intense laser pulses allows for the determination of the relative probabilities for fragmentation into two respectively three molecular moieties.
