Zusammenfassung

Die mesenchymalen Tumoren ohne eindeutige Differenzierungsrichtung umfassen eine sehr heterogene Gruppe von Neoplasien, für die überwiegend kein klares Konzept hinsichtlich einer Liniendifferenzierung bzw. eines entsprechenden nicht-neoplastischen Zelltyps besteht. Bei einigen der hier eingeschlossenen Tumoren ist andererseits eine Liniendifferenzierung deutlich (z.B. Klarzellsarkom, Synovialsarkom), ohne daß in diesen Fällen jedoch der entsprechende nicht-neoplastische Zelltyp im Weichgewebe zu identifizieren ist. In die Gruppe der mesenchymalen Tumoren ohne eindeutige Differenzierungsrichtung wurden insbesondere auch eine Anzahl von Neoplasien mit intermediärem biologischen Potential aufgenommen, wie z.B. das angiomatoide fibröse Histiozytom, das Myoepitheliom (Mischtumor) des Weichgewebes und der pleomorphe hyalinisierende angieektatische Tumor des Weichgewebes. Es bleibt abzuwarten, inwieweit sich zukünftig für die große Gruppe der mesenchymalen Tumoren ohne eindeutige Differenzierungsrichtung weitergehende überzeugende Erkenntnisse für eine distinkte Linienzugehörigkeit bzw. Differenzierungsrichtung ergeben.
