Zusammenfassung

Kinder haben im Vergleich zu Erwachsenen anatomische, physiologische und psychologische Besonderheiten. Zudem sind Kinder relativ seltene Patienten in der Anästhesie: mangelnde Erfahrung und fehlende Routine in der Versorgung von Kindern können die Komplikationsrate erhöhen.
