Abstract
After the study of the connotation, the architecture, the core ideology and the characteristics of E-SCM, the paper discusses how to achieve E-SCM, referring to the principles, the holistic scheme and steps of the implementation of E-SCM. Finally, the paper draws lessons from the investigation of the current situation and the content of the implementation of the E-SCM of the Wal-Mart.
