The Trust Economy of Brief Encounters

Abstract

I sat down and scratched my head a bit, and wondered what I might possibly say about brief encounters, and I suppose it relates to what we were talking about last time, namely ad hoc networks, and the kind of trust relationships that get set up on the fly, or get set up informally. And so I have scraped together a few of the examples that we’ve worked with, and having dashed through these I will then try and draw a few conclusions.
