Abstract

This paper presents a radio resource allocation scheme which can be used for OFDM-based systems to mitigate Inter-Cell Interference (ICI). A graph-based framework is created for the wireless cellular system and an algorithm is applied to allocate Physical Resource Block (PRB) to the system. This effectively reduces the ICI which improves the overall network performance.
