The temperature function for the integral emissivity of certain materials below 300° K

Abstract

We present the method for and the results from an experimental investigation into the temperature function of the integral emissivity for certain materials used in low-temperature multilayer vacuum insulation. We study the effect of fiberglas filler materials on radiative heat transfer.
