Abstract
The one-component two-dimensional plasma is studied in a strip of finite width, replicated periodically parallel to the long axis of the strip. Exact results for the one- and two-particle distribution functions are found at coupling Γ=q 2/kT =2. The system is inhomogeneous: the one- and two-particle distribution functions show long-range order.
