Conclusions

  1. 1.

    A method for the synthesis of a new water-soluble organic radical with a primary amino group has been developed.

  2. 2.

    The splitting constant of the nitrogen triplet in the EPR spectrum of an aqueous solution of the radical is 16.2 oe.
