Laguerre and Minkowski planes with neighbor relation

Abstract

In [7] we have introduced the notion of a Möbius plane with neighbor relation as a generalization of ordinary Möbius planes. In this paper we present two other classes of circle geometries which are locally affine Klingenberg planes: Laguerre and Minkowski planes with neighbor relation.
