Abstract
The Haken-Strobl-Reineker model of the excitation transfer is generalized to finite temperatures and non-periodic systems taking into account a quantum character of the stochastic field acting on excitons. Possibly asymmetric hopping rates yielding contingently different asymptotic site-occupation probabilities for different sites in non-periodic systems appear. A simple example is discussed corresponding to exciton tapping and radiative decay at the trap.
