Gli AA., dopo aver proceduto ad una sintetica rivista della letteratura dei casi di dermoide intramidollare, ne segnalano uno personale, operato con rimozione sub-totale e con ottimo risultato finale.

Zusammenfassung

Nachdem die Autoren eine Übersicht über die in der Literatur beschriebenen Fälle von intramedullären Dermoidtumoren geliefert haben, beschreiben sie einen persönlichen Fall, der subtotal mit ausgezeichnetem Endergebnis entfernt wurde.

Summary

The literature of the intramedullary dermoids is reviewed and a single personal case, recovered after subtotal removal, is added.

Les auteurs présentent une revue synthétique des cas de dermoides intramédullaires décrits dans la littérature. Ils décrivent ensuite un cas personnel de cette tumeur, traitée par ablation subtotale avec résultat éloigné excellent.

Resumen

Los autores presentan una revisión sucmta de los dermoides mtramedulares descritos en la literatura. A continuación describen un caso personal de esta clase de tumores, tratado con extirpación subtotal y con un resultado tardío excelente.
