Summary
By using silicate impregnated paper chromatography white blood cells phospholipids were separated and detected.
The quantitative measurement of this lipid has been done.
The coagulation activity of white blood cells phospholipids at the various concentrations was measured in vitro test system.
Zusammenfassung
Mittels Papierchromatographie (mit Silikatimprägnation) wurden die Leukozyten-Phospholipoide getrennt und identifiziert.
Diese Lipoide wurden quantitativ bestimmt.
Die Koagulationsaktivität dieser Leukozyten-Phospholipoide wurden bei verschiedenen Konzentrationen mit einem in-vitro-Testsystem gemessen.
