Zusammenfassung

Es wird gezeigt, dass die Freisetzung von ACTH in der durchströmten Katzennebenniere nur bei Anwesenheit von Kalzium erfolgt. Strontium, nicht aber Magnesium kann Kalzium freisetzen, während Magnesium (15 mM die Freisetzung von ACTH in Gegenwart von Kalzium hemmt. Ein Vergleich zwischen Brenzkatechinamin und Kortikosteronfreisetzung wird diskutiert.
