Effect of seasonal variations and cold acclimation on serum transaminase activity of common Indian frogRana tigrina

Summary

A definite seasonal change is observed in 2 transaminases, SGOT and SGPT ofR. tigrina. Cold acclimation significantly depresses transaminase activity of serum.
