Zusammenfassung

Nach. s.c. und i.v. Injektionen von Cocain in Ratten wurde Cocain im Hirn rasch metabolisiert. Ausser Benzoylecgonin, Benzoylnorecgnin und Ecgonin wurde Norcocazin als wichtiger Metabolit identifiziert.
