Abstract
Evidence of some interaction of adrenergic and serotonergic pathways with histamine induction of ACTH release is presented. Phentolamine, propranolol andp-chlorophenylalanine augmented this endocrine response to histamine, while the dopaminergic antagonist haloperidol had no effect.
