Zusammenfassung

Die Synthese und die pharmakologischen Haupteigenschaften von Orn8-Vasopressin, Phe2-Orn8-Vasopressin, Orn8-Oxytocin und Phe2-Orn8-Oxytocin werden beschrieben. Die pressorische Aktivität dieser Peptide zeigt eine in der Reihenfolge zunehmende Selektivität.
