François Marchessou has studied and taught in both the United States and Europe. He is currently teaching at The University of Poitiers Teachers' Training College, and is the head of OAVUP, The University of Poitiers Ed. Tech Dept. which concentrates on multimedia production, graduate training and research and development programs principally within European Union frameworks. OAVUP also consults in ODL in Europe, Latin America, and Southern Africa.
