Abstract

The device described has been designed with simplicity of operation and ultimate low production cost in mind. While designed primarily for the blind, it will also be of value in such fields as analysis of speech and data processing.

Cet appareil a été conçu pour être simple d'exploitation et surtout extrèmement bon marché. Bien qu'initialement destiné aux aveugles, il s'applique également aux techniques d'analyse de la parole ainsi qu'a l'informatique.

Zusammenfassung

Das beschriebene Gerät wurde unter dem Gesichtspunkt der einfachen Handhabbarkeit und später geringer Produktionskosten entworfen. Obwohl hauptsächlich für Blinde entwickelt, wird es auch in der Sprachanalyse und in der Datenverarbeitung von Nutzen sein.
