Charge transfer in a mixed two-component model

  • Published:
Il Nuovo Cimento A (1971-1996)

Summary

A mixed two-component model which assumes diffractive excitation with pionization simultaneously occuring, was used to calculate the charge transfer cross-section, the charge transfer fluctuation and the charge transfer in fixed number of forward and backward nega tive particles in various negative-charge topologies at 205 GeV/c. The fit is quite good.
