Crossing-over betweenX- andY-chromosomes inDrosophila melanogaster

  • Published:
Journal of Genetics Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

The partially sex-linked genebb changes its place between theX- andY-chromosome in the maleDrosophila melanogaster both by double crossing-over and inverted crossing-over. The frequency of these events is about 1 in 3000 in these experiments.
