Abstract
A new method for ranking educational objectives, the Priority Sort, is described. Participants are asked to assign a rank (1 to 5) to educational objectives. This method allows many objectives to be handled and avoids the problems of ranking in order. Results for medical student teaching of psychiatry at Minnesota and Manitoba illustrate the method.
