Abstract
This paper reports the experiences of a supervisor/supervisee pair who experimented with a new mode of direct psychotherapy supervision. The supervisor attended most therapy sessions and directed his interventions to the supervisee. Both compared this method with traditional supervisory methods and found it superior in several respects.
