Surface Waves on an Impedance Plane in a Non-reciprocal Bi-isotropic Tellegen Medium

Propagation and attenuation constants of a plane monochromatic electromagnetic surface wave have been determined for propagation along a planar impedance surface bounding a half-space of a bi-isotropic Tellegen medium. Non-reciprocity of the medium retards the wave, complicates the polarization structure, and endows it with a non-reciprocal character.
