Résumé

Nous présenterons ici le cas d’une patiente qui a présenté dans les suites d’un duodénal switch complétant une gastrectomie longitudinale des angiocholites récidivantes dont le mécanisme pouvait être une rétraction cicatricielle du moignon duodénal avec sténose fibrosante du bas cholédoque au contact de la ligne d’agrafes ou favorisée par un abcès postopératoire.

Abstract

We report the case of a patient who developed recurrent cholangitis after duodenal switch probably due to retractile stenosis of the common bile duct on duodenal staple line.
