Abstract

The densities and kinematic viscosities of the quinary liquid regular system octane(1)–hexane(2)–ethylbenzene(3)–cyclohexane(4)–toluene(5) and its five quaternary subsystems were measured at 293.15 K and 298.15 K. Pure component properties are in excellent agreement with their corresponding literature values. The kinematic viscosity data were employed to test some literature viscosity prediction models.
