Abstract

Herein, we report our observation of Cs+ inclusion in a formamidinium lead triiodide (Cs/FA)-based perovskite solar cells, further by employing electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques charge carrier’s generation and recombination was studied. Upon 45 days of ageing, no noticeable changes were observed for Cs/FA-based perovskite solar cells. Our findings suggest that though the inclusion of Cs imparts structural stability, reduces the hysteresis behavior, meanwhile the charge carrier’s dynamics remain unaltered; a vital clue for understanding their operating mechanism.
