In the section titled On the Worth of Calculus for Calculus Per Se in the original article, in the fourth paragraph the sum of the reciprocals squared [\( {\sum}_{n=1}^{\infty}\frac{1}{n^2}=\frac{1}{1^2}+\frac{1}{2^2}+\frac{1}{3^2}+\cdots \)] should read as follows: Euler found an expression for the value of it – it is equal to \( \frac{\pi^2}{6} \)
