Alireza Gholilou is registered professional civil/geomechanical engineer with PhD from Curtin University, Master of Geomechanical Engineering from Ferdowsi University. He has over 15 years of experience in different roles and has been responsible for research, management, design, teaching, tendering, construction and inspection of different geotechnical activities. Dr. Gholilou has extensive industry and research experiences in geomechanical challenges of industry in Western Australia, which requires advanced in situ or laboratory tests. He is competent at all advanced geomechanical software for 2D/3D analyses in soil or rock formations.
Pouria Behnoud far obtained his BSc and MSc degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Petroleum University of Technology and Amirkabir University of Technology in 2014 and 2016, respectively. He worked as research assistant. His researches concentrate on geomechanical analysis of concepts related to petroleum engineering and specifically drilling. He has published several journal and conference papers which are focused on thermo-poroelastic modeling, rock mechanical laboratory investigations, hydraulic fracturing in unconventional reservoirs such as coal beds, and wellbore stability in complex environments such as depleted reservoirs.
