Abstract

We report an unusual case of bundle branch reentrant tachycardia, in a patient with normal left ventricular function, cured by radiofrequency catheter ablation. However, the long-term prognosis of these patients is uncertain. We discuss the indications for an implantable defibrillator in this group.
