A sentence on page 1007 of the article states:
„Interestingly, contraction of this template to a heptapeptide, such as in TT-232 (compound 21), provides a somatostatin antagonist, the anti-inflammatory and antinociceptive effects of which are possibly mediated by sst4”.
The compound TT-232 is an agonist at sst4 and not an antagonist as stated.
