Das Zenker-Divertikel ist eine Erkrankung des höheren Alters, die mit Dysphagie, Regurgitation unverdauter Nahrung und bei großen Divertikeln auch mit Gewichtsverlust und Mangelernährung einhergeht. Insbesondere bei älteren und u. U. multimorbiden Patienten stellt die endoskopische Myotomie eine schonende und komplikationsarme Therapieoption dar. Dieser Beitrag stellt die endoskopische „Zenker-Divertikulotomie“ vor – Schritt für Schritt.
