Abstract
The toxicity of phosphine (H3P) to the life stages of Attagenus megatoma (F.), Trogoderma glabrum (Herbst), T. sternale Jayne, and T. variabile Ballion was determined. The egg stage of all 4 species was the most tolerant to phosphine fumigation. With the exception of T. sternale the adult stage was the most susceptible. No single species in all its stages was consistently more tolerant to phosphine than any other species.
