Abstract

It is shown that the size of external isospin mixing depends upon the correlations between mirror channels. In the limit of vanishing charge, these correlations yield zero external mixing. For the actual strength of the Coulomb field, our analysis corroborates the estimates of external mixing given earlier. We present formulas for cross-section correlations between mirror channels.
