Abstract

We study B→l+l, b→sl+l, and B→Kl+l decays in two-Higgs-doublet models. With constraints from B→K*γ for the parameters in the model, we find that the branching ratio for B→l+l can be two to three orders of magnitude larger than in the standard model, if the Higgs pseudoscalar is very light. The branching ratios for b→sl+l and B→Kl+l can be an order of magnitude larger than the standard-model predictions.
