New physics motivated by the low energy approach to electric charge quantization

Abstract

The low-energy approach to electric charge quantization predicts physics beyond the minimal standard model. A model-independent approach via effective Lagrangians is used to examine the possible new physics, which may manifest itself indirectly through family-lepton-number-violating rare decays.
