Abstract
We report the results of several studies of the final state in continuum annihilation data collected by the Belle detector. An analysis of angular distributions in decays strongly favors a spin assignment of over or . We find evidence for decay and measure the ratio of partial widths . This value favors the spin-parity assignment of over . We also report the first observation of decay and measure and mass and width parameters. These studies are based on a data sample collected at or near the resonance at the KEKB collider.
